About Me
I specialize in working with seniors who have been victim to strokes, heart attacks, knee and shoulder injuries, surgeries and individuals suffering from obesity.
I also coach several techniques to enhance cardiovascular performance and promote health lifestyle changes. In addition, I develop plans for high performing athletes as well as fitness minded individuals by teaching nutritional planning, strength and endurance training.
Training Philosophy
I believe that "Challenge Brings Change!!" Take the time to challenge your body and your mind. Proper warm up for 5 to 10 minutes prior to exercise is essential.
Remember strength training increases lean muscle mass and decreases body fat combined with cardiovascular training. Set your Goals! Let's meet your Goals! How do I measure success? 1 inch at a time. It's all about body composition lean mass vs body fat.
